Tasmanian Honey

Starting from humble beginnings, the company has now grown with a dedicated team passionate about producing wild and pure honey from Tasmania's pristine areas. They use a 'minimal impact process,' keeping the honey at low temperatures (below 45°C) to preserve its natural qualities. The honey is never filtered or treated with chemicals, ensuring it retains its floral essences, flavonoids, and bio-active compounds for maximum flavor and health benefits.

Few people know their life's calling at age 8, but for Julian Wolfhagen, one taste of freshly harvested Tasmanian honey set his future in stone. Fast forward to 1978, and Julian established The Tasmanian Honey Company to share Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey with the world.
