Returns Policy

Green Health accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original resalable condition, with all labels, packaging and safety seals intact.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following products generally cannot be returned for change of mind after they have been opened or used:

• Vitamins, supplements and ingestible products
• Food, nutritional and probiotic products
• Personal care, skincare, beauty and hygiene products
• Products with broken, removed or damaged safety seals
• Products damaged through misuse or improper storage

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your name, order number, product details, reason for the return and relevant photographs. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the product back.

If you receive a damaged, defective, unsafe or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund or another solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

Green Health ships to eligible addresses throughout Australia using trusted courier and postal partners.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery After Dispatch

• Sydney metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional New South Wales: 2–5 business days
• Interstate metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional, rural and remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delivery to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and certain remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address, parcel size and weight, and the selected shipping service.

Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible Australian orders with a subtotal of AUD $199 or more.

The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts or promotional codes have been applied. Exclusions may apply to remote locations, oversized items, heavy parcels or specialised delivery services. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.
