Directions for Use

For brain and eye health
Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily.
For healthy growth and development
Children aged 1–17 years: Give 2 capsules once daily.
For children who cannot swallow capsules, pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk, juice or cereal. Mix well and consume immediately. Do not give the whole capsule to a child who cannot swallow it safely.
Suitable For
Adults and children aged one year and over. Use in children only under adult supervision.
